Associate Business Transformation Consultant
Minimum 2.1 degree.
Excellent interpersonal skills supported by client or customer-facing work experience.
Solid knowledge and frequent use of MS Excel including Pivot Tables and Vlookups.
Outstanding PowerPoint Skills
Interest in technology and ability to pick up new systems and skills very quickly.
Willingness to get involved in varying tasks, and travel to clients.
Experience or a strong desire to work in a small company, being proactive and independent.
Finance Transformation & Process Consultant
2:1 or above.
Financial qualifications, ideally ACCA.
Previous experience with Finance SaaS solutions systems, in particular Workday, SAP and Oracle.
Experience completing a similar role in ideally 2-3 previous Finance transformation technology projects
Excellent stakeholder management experience.
Excellent interpersonal and comunciation skills.
HR Transformation Consultant
A 2:1 or above from a globally recognised University or Business School.
Experience of deploying HR solutions.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience of HR processes and process mapping.
Proactive, independent and self-starter.
Able to travel in the UK and Europe

Our Recruitment Process
After submitting your online application, it will be reviewed by a member of the recruitment team. They will be looking to see how well your experience aligns with the role applied for and your suitability for Veran.
This initial interview will be used to get a better understanding of you and your professional profile but is also an opportunity to find out whether Veran is the right fit for you. This will be with a member of the recruitment team and they will be looking to see how well you present your relevant experience and learn more about your particular skill sets.
Face to Face / Zoom Interview
We like to invite candidates in for a face to face interview with the relevant hiring managers. This is a great opportunity for you to meet some of the Veran team and get a feel for who you will be working with. This interview will go further into evaluating your experience and suitability for Veran and the role.
