SM&CR has been a rollercoaster ride and we know that internal resources are pushed for time to research and fulfil the demands the regulators are putting on our businesses. There are hundreds of compliance tools out there that can help us manage things like accountability, and training and competency, but do you really need one and which one is best for your business? And will having this tool actually alleviate any pressure on our HR and compliance teams?

The FS HR & Compliance Network is hosting a series of roundtables with a handful of compliance tools that we know are popular in the industry. The aim is to provide a 'strength in numbers' meeting to avoid the trap of vendors simply telling us "what we want to hear" and giving you the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the tools available to you.
