This year, we are delighted to congratulate the new Finalists who are taking up the mantle and championing Business Culture in new and innovative ways.
Our particular congratulations go to our friends at the Home Office and Ministry of Defence. It is brilliant to see the Public Sector setting such a strong example for innovation in business, and of course to those nominated for the Next Generation Award. We are very excited to see what work you have been doing to develop our future leaders and look forward to hearing your lessons learned and advice.

We were proud to be recognised among others, including friends at TFL and The Home Office, for our understanding of the importance of Business Culture & it’s pivotal role in building a sustainable place for employees to thrive.
